Where We Went

About the pilgrimage ...

Hello and welcome to our Finding Brighid journal and featuring a pilgrimage tour by a small group of Australian friends visiting Ireland to explore the sites, stories, legends, folklore and faith connected to the goddess Brighid, saint Brighid and other goddesses and women saints of Ireland.

You will discover that we visited sacred and holy wells, ancient megalithic sites and visitors centres that provide gardens and guidance to those who follow the sacred feminine spirits.

Our tour together commenced on Sunday 22nd September 2013 at Woodford House, Blackrock, Co. Dublin with singer harpist Claire Roche as host and completed on Friday October 4th in the heart of Dublin.
